The ELC Pathway

The purpose of ELC is to enrich learning for all communities as well as raising community leaders.  From joining ELC, all learners are immediately brought into a community of fellow learners, volunteers, leaders, and mentors. The ELC Pathway is a non-academic, holistic (whole person) pathway. Teaching community awareness, learnership, and engagement is how we try to guide our learners towards achieving independence and control over their futures and lives.
